We recommend a number of marketing tactics and programmes that the business potentially could launch. We work with clients to prioritise a plan that fits their budget, determine how to measure effectiveness, establish which could ideally be done in-house or might require external support.

 
 

Stage 3 / Executing your plan

We establish a plan that could include:

  • a digital media plan and content guidelines

  • internal training so that marketing could be executed in-house

  • identify marketing work needed, prioritise and recommend best solutions. This could be further brand work; website development; additional photography; video creative and production; or building a CRM programme. These are services that The Media Lab don’t directly perform. We would recommend providers or work with the client’s preferred partners in developing these channels.
